After doing a raw food trial for 4.5 days and 2/3 raw food for the following 1.5 weeks, I am back to cooked food (for now), but wanted to create a separate space to blog about my nutritional adventures aside from my day-to-day life. I will also use this space to provide recipes, workout tricks, and investigate any food related political and economical issues that are of interest to me and you!
